Elina Simes has a bachelor’s degree in Culture and Arts with a specialization in early childhood music education and arts integration from the Metropolia University of Applied Sciences in Helsinki, Finland. In addition to her studies there, she has studied music therapy in the open university of Sibelius Academy, Helsinki and has completed the Finnish Orff-level courses. She is passionated about music and movement and she loves to make up creative processes around songs. Elina has worked as a music educator for several years teaching piano students and music play-school groups. She is a board member in the Association for Early Childhood Music Educators in Finland.
